Vincent came to our home this morning to fix an electrical problem we were having. He was very thorough and very professional. He found the problem in 1 plug but he also pulled all other plugs that could be a problem. He showed us the problem plug so we could clearly see the issue. We will recommend Vincent to anyone who needs electrical work. We will also use Vincent for any future work we need. You have a great, valuable employee. Thank you!

I want to let you know what fine men you have working for you. Yesterday, Garrett and Trey came out to install a new pump in our water well. It had been wonky for a few months, but Garrett kept coaxing some more time out of it by recalibrating the pump saver. They work steadily as an efficient team all day. When they were testing the new pump, one of them (I think Garrett said it was Trey) noticed that the pump was continuing to work longer than he thought it needed to to re-pressurize the system. They went to the barn, knowing I had a water line going out there, and found that a hose-bib I had outside the barn had cracked and was leaking badly. They shut off the line to the barn, and told me about it when we got back from medical appointments in Kerrville. They did not have the PVC parts needed to fix it on their truck. I got the leak repaired so I had water again in the barn. But the 'above and beyond' part was that they had to remove all the insulation I had around that outside hose-bib, and then removed those materials from the chicken yard so the 'clucks' wouldn't eat anything they shouldn't. Just OUTSTANDING, mindful service that WE certainly appreciate, as I'm sure anyone would. Those guys deserve raises. Many thanks to them, they are great guys.

Jacob / Sabrina and the entire staff went above and beyond in providing service and much needed help during our HVAC inspection and repair. Jacob kept me well informed and I can call the office and get well informed help with all my questions/ concerns. I know have a GO TO company and staff that I trust! So very BLESSED to have found you all!
