“Installed new shower/sink/water heater/reverse osmosis system/pump with big blue filters/pump house/rock saw trench connection. Not real happy with professionalism of the plumbing installer or dispatcher (who seemed more interested in collecting money than providing service). The installer tore through my sheet rock and left me with large gaps in my wall. Also, the ceiling of the shower was not sealed or covered. Then, when I asked for corrective measures, he says, “We don’t work with sheet rock”…( having just torn through my sheet rock walls). Also, charged me extra for hooking up the water heater (no mention of this in the initial quote). Had scheduled the electrician to come install a vent. No contact on it or the contractor supposedly that did dry wall for DSpain. Now, I am finding pieces of tubing just thrown on the ground about the property. Normally, I would just let it go, but I paid a lot of money to be treated this way. I will have someone fix it, but I needed to communicate my dissatisfaction with the service.”
